Order, 1867.

The document, signed by Governor Thomas E. Bramlette, transferred the surplus in the state treasury to the state common school system against debt covered by school bonds. The item also notes the surplus amount credited to each county of Kentucky, and the remainder of the debt debited to each county as well.
